1. PCBA Capability : The main SMT production line consists of automated high-precision state-of-the-art equipments from Panasonic,Sumsung, Japan, total 7 SMT lines and 2 DIP line.
Our engineering team has extensive experience in DFM/DFA/DFT technologies.
SMT, BGA Rework, Re-balling, X-Ray are all readily achieveable.
2. PCBA delivery time:
Prototype : 2 days
Mass production ( Qty >1000pcs ): 1 week
Note: This delivery time is based on the PCB and the BOM material is ready.
